Purchase Agreement & Warranty

Warranty (from date of purchase)

All Revelo e-bikes are covered by a 1 YEAR limited warranty on all electrical and mechanical parts including the main battery and folding frame hinge. The frame and fork are covered for the LIFETIME of the original owner from the time of purchase, as stated on the original signed invoice.

Exclusions: Parts not covered under any warranty are wear and tear components which include, but are not limited to: brake pads, tires, tubes, brake cables, bell, mirror, lights, pedals, kickstand, suspension seat post, small component batteries, and fuses.

At Revelo Electric Corp., we offer limited, but reasonable warranty coverage on parts that are defective from factory. In other words, anything that fails or breaks as the result of a manufacturer's defect. This warranty covers all labor costs during the warranty period when repaired by Revelo Electric Corp.

This warranty does not cover or warranty damage to the unit caused by:
1) Defects, malfunction, or failures resulting from abuse, misuse, modifications, alterations, improper storage, use of unauthorized attachments and failure to provide or perform required maintenance services as prescribed in the owner’s/operators manual. Preventive maintenance is the warranty holder's responsibility.
2) Damage caused by dirt or corrosion in all of its forms, including, but not restricted to rust, salt water, varnish and moisture.
3) Failure to follow the setup, pre-delivery service, and adjustments outlined in the user's manual.
4) Accidental dropping or snagging of the battery, cables, or the entire bike. It is the responsibility of the owner to care for the Revelo e-bike in a manner similar to the care of any electric product such as a laptop or mobile device.
5) General wear and tear.
6) Damage caused during any form of stunt riding, racing, commercial use, crash damage or any use deemed improper by Revelo Electric Corp. or the original distributor/manufacturer.

Shipping
As much as we want to sell products that are 100% defect free, it is a fact of life that a certain percentage of items we send out will be defective. We hope that you understand that these defects are not intentional. We have no way of controlling quality of factory sealed items. If you buy an item from a local store and wish to bring it back for repairs, you don't ask the store for reimbursement of your trip. We work the same way. If you receive a defective item and wish to send it to us for repairs, you will be responsible for shipping charges to us. If no problems are found, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to you as well. If we find a problem, we will pay for the return trip. Easiest way to solve problems is to diagnose them yourself and let us know which replacement parts you need. We will be happy to send you replacement parts at no charge.

Returns and Cancellations

All our online and store sales are final. No refunds. Exchange of frame color can occur if it is prior to shipping and based on availability.  Shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise stated elsewhere in page.
